Where can I get a copy of my transcript or diploma?

For a diploma, call (318) 257-2176. For a transcript, visit: http://www.latech.edu/registrar/transcripts.shtml, call (318) 257-2176, or download: Official Transcript Request Form (PDF) | Unofficial Transcript Request Form (PDF)

I just graduated. How long can I use my @latech.edu e-mail address?

During Week 7 of each quarter, students who are not currently enrolled at Tech and not signed up for classes in the coming quarter have their Email accounts disabled. Purging of class schedules can put you immediately into the above situation, and your account is disabled (put on hold) that night. So, when you are no longer enrolled at Tech, you have about 7 weeks to make other arrangements for your your Email and stored data. You can have your Tech email forwarded for one year--see instructions at Forwarding Email Accounts at your Help Desk.
How can I get an alumni e-mail address?
The Alumni Association does not currently offer e-mail addresses.

How can I support Louisiana Tech?

What is University Advancement?

University Advancement includes three organizations:  the Alumni Association, the University Foundation, and LTAC (Louisiana Tech Athletic Club). The entire division is housed at The Marbury Alumni Center. The mission of the Division is to facilitate support for Louisiana Tech University's goals, objectives, programs, and activities through effective communication with the University's internal and external publics.

I have more than one degree from Louisiana Tech. Why is only my first degree listed on my account/my profile?

Only your first degree was imported in to our online database. You can add your additional degree information (from Tech or any other School) by clicking on the My Account link and adding the information under the Other Education Information section. Please be assured that we have your additional degree information in our offline database. We hope to update the online database in the future to show additional degrees.

If you want to add the additional information to your My Profile page, then go to your profile, click on Add Content, click on Other Education Information, and Save. Note: My Profile is the page that is displayed when people search for you in the online directory.

The first-time login procedure says I'm already registered. What do I do?

If you have already registered, you have created a username and password.  You just need to log in instead of completing this procedure again. If you forgot your username, click here. You can reset your password by clicking here.

Why is there a first-time login procedure? Why can't I just sign up like I do on other web sites?

Unlike most web sites where you sign up and fill in your information, your account already exists in our online database (if you are an alumnus or supporter of Louisiana Tech University). Your constituent ID is used to protect your member information and ensure that you are the only one with access to your account. You can look up your constituent ID by clicking here.
